Beyond Compliance has been set up in 2021 by Henrieke de Bie to partner on a global basis with organisations, in a period of growth or change, or with a desire to optimise their business.
Beyond Compliance acts as a trusted facilitator in developing a proactive continuous learning and improvement environment by fostering a healthy organisational quality culture, by optimising processes and systems, and by cultivating the right (quality) mindsets.
Beyond Compliance, based in The Netherlands, has extensive experience in international quality management in the strongly regulated Life Science industry, in both operational roles and in tactical / strategic management roles in different GxP areas (with a primary focus on clinical research and pharmacovigilance).
